I had seized up during the oil shortage ((computer died)) but Mr. Footman managed to get me running again by using vole butter from the urchins as a lubricant. It felt so good to move again!
I disembarked from the airship, as staring at walls for days on end got to me, and even though Grendel asked me to stay away from going inside the plant, some machine he’s working on I guess, I saw #13 waddle in, and was so glad to see the pengi’s lasted the oil shortage, went in to greet them. I pushed open the door, and saw the usual eel tanks, and some huge machine that was humming and glowing, 13 looked like he was doing maintenance, so I walked up to say “hi’. he looked at me, made a sound (that almost sounded like ‘fingers!”) and jumped me! I thought he was just being affectionate until I saw his eyes glow weird like, and he drew a knife!. I shoved him off me, and he came running headlong at me slashing! Luckily for me most the knife blows just pinged off my metal, I got more dents from them though! And he was shredding my dress, So I finally did the only ting I could think of. I kicked him with all my strength!
#13 went sailing , smashed through the front door, and into the canal. I went out so see if I could see him, kind of felt sorry, but he must of sank!. I went back in to change my clothes to something less shredded,
of all the times to be attacked! I had no clue what had gotten into him! I left a letter for Mr. Footman as I left to go shopping. Really, I liked the pengi’s too! why would one attack me?
((and Grendel, I might of accidentally returned a gravestone after that fight lol))

((for ome reason Tepc’s comment brings to mind the commercial where they milk a hamster for the father’s coffee))
I have the other Pengi’s on the lookout for #13 Miss Gizzy, the lack of oil could have affected his cognigator, a little adjust ment and he should be back to (semi) normal
