Music! unedited transcript now posted on http://aethersalon.blogspot.com/

Thanks again to Miss Gabrielle Riel for a fantastic presentation. She played audio clips to accompany her talk which really added to the enjoyment and edification of the event ((like that alliteration there?))

Seriously, we were a humorous audience. On topic, paying close attention, but wow, there must have been something in the soot of Babbage Sunday afternoon.

Friends and known associates of Dr. Dayafter might want to look at 14:50 in the transcript. Miss Riel played a clip that reminded several of the good doctor.

Okay, a question. At 14:33 on the transcript both Miss Andrew and Mr. Quintessa make comments about Miss Dagger, but she hasn’t said anything. I was on the other side of the room. What on earth was she doing? I realize that is a loaded question, but worth asking.

Edited transcript will be posted later this week. Off now to listen to “Freebird” and to raise my lantern high.

Jed wasn’t doing anything, actually. Looks like you missed a comment by her, something on the order of really liking Wagner.

I did say that.

I would like to make note that my keyboard freaked out at one point and started making rude noises.. I did not draw a bow during the event.. nor anything else that would at all have been disruptive.. it must have been something else.. not me.. nope.. it was Bob.. YES! Bob did it!

*Reply by Charlie Quintessa on May 17, 2010 at 5:08pm
I believe I was sitting close by. I am relieved that the rude noises was not my stomach rumbling again!

I think I might have mentioned suspicions that Miss Dagger was in reality a Valkyre, suspicions that were confirmed when she hid her helmet!

I can now admit that I was utterly terrified to do the Music! presentation.

I was worried it would be boring and too much boring information.

I am glad that the attendees enjoyed it. :-)

it was fantastic Gabi – you did marvelously.

Elleon, your keyboard was trying for its fifteen minutes! it was Bob.. YES! Bob did it! Or that – yes I totally agree! It was right when Gabi played the Alf a Pint o Ale song!

Jed Likes Wagner, pass it on….

Edited transcript now available at http://aethersalon.blogspot.com/. This version eliminates the applause and side comments (always amusing but makes for a longer transcript).

If you are interested in music, you will enjoy Miss Riel’s talk. Enjoyable and informative.

I must have been out of chat range of Jed at salon. Totally did not hear her Wagner comment, but Jed as a Valkyrie has definite potential.
