Wulfenbach Consulate Game Day – pictures and results

(Yes, this is late–I know! Haven’t been home a lot.)

The first Wulfenbach Consulate Game Day was held last weekend, and was, I think, a success.  We would, though, certainly welcome any suggestions you have for future Game Days, or other types of future events the Wulfenbach Consulate could host or sponsor.  (Beyond, of course, the obvious suggestion that we not hold it during Founders Week. *wry grin*)

The Team En Garde tournament was won by the Swashbucklers, captained by Josef Fitzpatrick, with teammates Liska Fuchs, helene Martynside, and Nilram Ninetails.

The snowball fight was won by Otenth Paderborn.

The Girl Genius-themed speed-build contest was also won by Otenth Paderborn, with his sculture of an ice-age mimmoth.  Second place went to Professor Bodhisatva Paperclip and his giant sculpture of Emperor Krosp, and to Mavromichali Szondi, with his Icemelter 3000 gun (which, I’m sure, some folks here would like to use).  Third place went to Josef Fitzpatrick and his fencing clock clank sculpture.

The Individual En Garde tournament was won by Capt Blinker, who defeated Zaxus Neox.

Our thanks to everyone who participated–your presence was very much enjoyed!

Special thanks also to Captain Stereo Nacht and Liam Bean, who handled the lion’s share of the duties and organization.  Many thanks also to Otenth Paderborn, who DJ’ed the opening ball, and Cerise Blackheart, who took that duty for the closing ball.

And finally, many thanks to Baron Klaus Wulfenbach and Frau Annechen Lowey, the sponsors and hosts for the festivities.

Spread the love
