The Blue Sparrow is an off-camera house of ill repute that will never be built inworld. It has been referenced in casual conversation enough that it seems to exist somewhere in the city. There is no sign that marks the location, but you know you have found it when you see the ever present flapping of bedsheets on the laundry lines and with the bird shaped cut-outs on the blue window shutters. (No one is exactly sure where the Sparrow is, but it seems to be out towards Wheatstone Waterways.)
The Sparrow is run by a woman named Kate, also known as Crooknose Kate, after her nose was broken.
