Tend the garden, mend a fence, bake a pie, make an affray, ford a stream, hike up a mountain, write a story, read books, lay on the beach, swim with sharks, make sand castles, pick a peach, paint a picture, dance, go on a rampage, tip a cow, rez a prim, fry tomatoes, contemplate the stars, lay in the grass, divide by zero, foment a revolution, bake zucchini bread, float down the river, sail a boat, build a tree house, run amok, listen to stories, tell stories, re-texture the house, visit the library, herd goats, have a garden party, make ice cream, color with crayons, talk nonsense, play with cats, lay in a hammock, be astounded, go on a tear, bury a time capsule, go camping, count shooting stars, what do you mean there is nothing to do?

Did you remember the wild rumpus?
One of my favorite posts ever.
A most excellent list, I have done several of those today and will embark on the zucchini loaf in a moment…now, here’s the important question: what kind of ice cream?
sorry love, I made it to the beach and took a nap.
You need to add “build a death ray” in there somewhere :-)
Adds: vanilla ice cream, build death ray, buy suntan lotion, and wild rumpus.
Wait….did Kurt Vonnegut actually write this list?
