Perhaps I overstep, perhaps this is not the place. But my daughters were spared.
May the Lord bless you and keep our brothers and sisters in Oklahoma.
May the Lord make his face to shine upon them,
and be gracious to them.
May the Lord lift up his countenance upon them
and give them comfort.
Give blood.
I am a Quaker. I intend no offense.
The title of this post comes from the Holy Qu’ran.
I do not mean to discriminate.
I’m not a Quaker. I’ll take your portion if they are offended. Praise God that you and yours are safe amigo, a hedge of protection around those who go to help, and peace for those affected.
Gracias, Amiga.
I’m glad they’re safe. *hugs you*
Thank you.
Add my voice of thanksgiving to learn that your family is safe. It’s nice to hear good news in the midst of the tragedy.
Thank you.
Pilipo, we don’t know each other well, but we know each other well enough that your post has touched me deeply.
Thanks. I am generally not too emotional, not publicly, anyway. But talking to one’s daughters on the phone and hearing the “air-raid” sirens going off in the background, and they are eight hundred miles away, makes one feel hideously impotent.
This is most welcome news, indeed.
I’m atheist, and I’m not offended either :)
I am glad your family is safe.
