Behind the curtain wall that upholds the Bombastophonic Melodidentifier, one finds the steam works that prime the great air tank that ensures plentiful air for the required amplification. Those who smoke are requested to take care, as gas for the lamps is stored on site as well.
The boiler seen here drives a Kheph steam engine, which is directly connected to the air compressor which in turn fills the tank seen in the foreground.
(Incidentally, for some reason the brick wall texture isn’t rezzing for any of us at the moment. It’s rather distressing and looks ghastly.)
