I’m going to need someone to take over ownership and management of the Clockwork Kraken. I will need to devote my time and energy to personal health.
It currently entails 10 rental rooms which are almost always full. The place needs a complete rebuild, the building takes up too many prims and the original builders and owners are gone and it’s non transferable and the furniture is all linked to the walls and it’s a management mess.
I won’t be able to be on SL for another month or so, so right now I just need someone to seriously consider taking it over and make serious plans about it. I am just interested in getting it to someone who wants to run it right.
It’s a lovely building, too bad it needs to be redone. It can be a great deal of fun to run a boarding house.
