A large green serpent skimming along the surface of the water in Port Babbage. It’s tough to see in this picture, but smoke was flaring from its nostrils. All those around stared in awe!
Unfortunately my camera seems to need a little work. I wasn’t shaking in fear or anything like that.
It certainly was a sight to see!
And yes, of course, that’s all your camera’s doing…. *clears throat*
Hmmm…I wonder if it might be a Srizzle snake, last seen in our waters in March.

No, it wasn’t a Srizzle snake. It made noise. It had ears…
ears ??? gosh !
Smoke from its nostrils? Are you sure it wasn’t just some burning rubbish being tossed about in the waves? It has been windy of late, and its not unusual for factory waste to float out to sea – often toxic and no doubt apt to spontaneously combust. Really, something should be done.
