Question on Blogs and Postings

So I have wondered if people are going to re-post back stories to their page or add it to the Wiki? I have character posts that are relevant to character development. I was not sure which way to go.

I’m just finishing up the archiving process from the original Ning, and at this point it looks like the best we can do is to import the old images into a separate gallery – although that may take us a couple of weeks to do. There are just too many blogs and discussions to bring over.

It’s up to you whether you resubmit them to the BAR or the Wiki, but I would suggest the Wiki, and then link from here to there. If we’re really clever we could come up with a way to integrate the two more solidly…

I think I’m going to take the opportunity to clear out some detritus and start over with a fresh version of my story.  It will help me assemble my thoughts and concepts better.

I’d just say that if you choose to repost here, make it clear that it *is* a repost.  That way, people won’t get confused about whether it’s happening now or not.

(OK.  This having an alt thing is going to be darn confusing for me for a while. *grin*)

I only re-posted the last couple blogs of mine, which were relevant to the current stories circling Mr Underby… the others I placed on a blogger site, as safe-keeping.

I personally only reposted (twice unfortunately one of which I deleted) the back history.  Most of my stories have been rather up in the air and RL has interfered so will probably redo anyway.

I was thinking of reposting “Requiem” since it was only 2 chapters in lenght.  “The Neighbors” went to 14 and I wonder if that would be a problem doing all that reposting as I fear I would clog the blog…giggles.

You can always post that storyline to the wiki and then post a link to it.

I’d suggest putting things onto the Wiki. It gives people the incentive.
