Photos of Interest: Carillon Historical Park

Back in September, the typist visited his family in Dayton, Ohio. These photos were taken at Carillon Historical Park. The park has old buildings relocated, to the park, from all over the city.

I intended to sit down and do a write up of each image full of historical information. Never happened. Even without the info I wanted to share these photos with my fellow New Babbagers. In the group is a photo of the oldest steam-locomotive in America. (1835)There are photos of a Fire Engine, a trolley, and more.

Not in these photos, but a point of interest:Included in the park is a replica of the Wright Brother Bicycle shop. (The real building is being restored)

Spread the love
