**OOC – Still rebuilding***

Just a quick update on what ive been doing incase people think i’ve stopped roleplaying for good. I did not expect rebuilding The Theatre, opium Den, Absinthe Cafe and Cobblestone House to take quite this long. I watched Mr V throw up a new Brunel in just a few days and was amazed and others using Mesh Studio get fantastic quick results but im doing things differently which. Although i am getting much quicker with the workflow involved.

The Imperial Theatre is Done as is the Opium Den now so by all means visit and use in your roleplaying as a secret meeting place or what ever.

I had hoped to do some roleplaying and even started of some story, but im now just concentrating on rebuilding. I do have stories planned and i think it’s best i just wait untill ive finished rebuilding.

I’m really enjoying rebuilding though as im getting the opportunity to create details i never could before like drain pipes. never thought making 3D Drain pipes could be so exciting. Also researching Gas powered street lamps was fascinating.

Next on my scheduel is the Absinthe cafe and i need to sit down and read up on what’s going on in the sewers :-p

Spread the love

I would invite you to meet with me personally, young Masster Eliot, to discuss over lunch what has not been going on in the sewers. However, I have recently entered into an accord with you tender ones and wish not to tempt myself.

I do agree with the rebuilding process. It is exciting getting all those details that prims alone could never afford to do.

Eventually I will learn one of the 3D programs and start making mesh there as well but for know I know how to make things in SL and Mesh Studio is a easy way for the moment.

Keep rebuilding and for the sake of all that is good do not go to lunch with anybody.

Actually, not that I want to associate with the sort who typically resort to such base means of recreational indulgences… but, yay!

Did someone say opium den? BTW, turns out that it was not unusual in the 1870’s out west for opium to be available in the saloons along with alcohol and carrying on; I wonder why the opium dens we think of developed? The ooze of the poppy became frowed upon?
