odd errors over every blog or forum post

I’m not sure if anyone else is getting this or if it’s my settings, but the last couple days, every blog or forum I read, has a block of errors over it:

just like that, bringing it up in case it is something with the site, as I can’t figure out why it would be my computer causing it
