The twin pavilions known at “Navy Pier” were on either side of the train tracks at the terminus in Port Babbage, built by Mayor Shaunathon Sprocket, assumedly shortly after the sim rezzed in 2007. No one knows why he called it Navy Pier.
The north shed was derezzed by Mayor Mosseveno Tenk in early 2009 to create the lot that became Portside Books.
The south shed was replaced by a new construction built by Kaylee Frye at the request of Mosseveno Tenk. She chose to use the style of the old Serenity Steamworks build next door. New terminal is shown below on night of rezzing.
