I walked into the Bucket of Blood, a total stranger to this grungy place as well as too New Babbage. Strange, but not one person paid any attention to this stranger entering into their secretive world other then Mr. Blackrain who was tending bar. A curt greeting and I was free to roam amongst some of New Babbages finest citizens. I took a seat to the left of the bar at an unkempt poker table….recently abandoned I am sure, as smoke was still rising from the well used cigar sitting percariously on the edge of the dirty table.
It seemed the only person interested in who this stranger might be was Sky
Sorry abut that. It was rather busy that night. And it needs said . . I was rather more intoxicated than I normally allow.
One note about the Bucket. It’s a good idea to go armed.
No offence taken Miss Anatra as the place was quite busy at the time. Very hard to keep track of all the comings and goings, but it was such a pleasure to see you there again.
