I know I said to post in the bug reports but this one will get seen and wondering if others have experienced it.
Today and last week while refreshing the front page, the page kind-of blew up, as in the lastest activity stayed where it was supposed to but everything else was pushed down by huge errors that basically said MySQL wasnt able to be reached. It seemed to kill off a few blocks that we have.
Here’s just a portion of what has been showing up (as it just happened again as I refreshed).

I’m not sure what it means but will look into it.

It’s happening to me (in IE). However, the Recent Activity doesn’t show up at all for me, the right-side sidebar stuff is shoved all the way to the bottom, the ‘Elsewhere in Steamlands’ calendar doesn’t show, and neither does the recent Blog post list.
I keep hitting ‘refresh,’ and sooner or later, it comes out right. *wry grin*
It seems to be okay now, for me at least.
The Recent Activity shows up but it’s in the huge black blob of error text and background image so all I could see were the Avatar images and the red links. But yeah everything else is otherwise gone.
It’s strange the error has gone and it seems the website might be loading a bit faster than it was… but not positive. Maybe they updated MySQL for the servers which gave us the original error.
