Edwardian Scotland

I was recently made aware of this collection of turn-of-last-century photographs collected by The Royal Commission on the Ancient and Historical Monuments of Scotland.

Some great photos and maybe even some inspiration!

If you’re going to build a trike do it in style!

Cool!  My typist was in a very neat corset shop located on Candlemaker’s row, and passed over the George bridge to get there back in ’08.

I do love that last one. The slope of the street is interesting. ::gives all the children in the second photo each a rubber ball and sends them over to see what happens::
