I’m so thrilled about Emerson’s book release I could just explode into happy shards of glitter.
I plan to be there, barring power outages. Even in Michigan, it’s been a wild ride last night and today, but I am hopeful!
Just looked at the time. Oh well. Seems events are starting to clash with existing ones.
These things happen, the steamlands are busy, sociable places! I actually have a live music event in my club from 5-7, but I’ll pop over here after that’s done!
Ceejay’s right, it does happen, it has happened before. We typically try really hard to not overlap, but given schedules this was the best we could do in any proximity to the book release. It’s a special occasion. :-)
Also, it has been worked out with Victor and Gabi so that the first hour of the release party will be broadcast on Radio Riel since it does overlap the Million Sellers show and Clockhaven Chronicles is a sponsor. It’s at least a bit less inconvenient I hope!

After a pleasant conversation with the woman who will be singing at my club tonight, she’d like to (if she is still awake enough) come along with me at 8pm tonight to the Gangplank. She’s quite enraptured now with the concept of SL inspiring RL publications, and wants to know more about Emerson’s accomplishment. So if you see Gigi Jasper there, give her a warm welcome!
