Best Snow Bunny of 2012!

After much deliberation and eating apples it is time to reveal the results of the voting for the best snow bunny of 2012! Yay!

In deciding this contest the all important snow bunny statistics of squee and critterlyness were taken into account to find the ultimate snow bunny!

3rd_place:

Scoring high on squee, but lower on critterlyness due to its minimalistic design, we have Arnold’s wonderful representation of Mr Morningtons loyal pet Thumper! The poor little bunny looking rather sadly at his master who has collapsed into a heap after celebrating the new year with one too many drinks!

2nd_place:

Continuing the drunken theam we have Dee Wells wonderful drunk bunny, apparently moddled on a bunnyfied version of His Imperial Majesty Ezra Crumb! This scores highly on critterlyness, but less so on squee due to his horribly, horribly drunk state!

1st_place: 

Scoring highly on both critterlyness and squee we have the winner, Tepic Harliquin’s snow bunny! A wonderful little bunny who seams to be singing a song, maybe about wanting more poridge?

Honorable mention:

The first honorable mention goes to Nathaniel Lorefield’s twirling bunny, who scores quite well on squee.

Honorable mention:

The second honorable mention goes to Jaiden Magic’s crazy exploding fighting bunny! Although scoring reasonably on critterlyness this bunny fails on squee due to beating up and exploding the judges!

Until next year, when we will pick another animal! Yay!

    I guess I’ve not been paying enough attention to the goings on in New Babbage, because when someone came into the groupchat earlier today saying “BUNNY!!! *The bunny siren is sounding* BUNNY!!!” I had this picture of a bunch of bunny furries rampaging through the streets of New Babbage.  Or a bunch of breedable bunnies running about, or something.

    And when I asked what kind of bunnies, they said, it was “snow bunnies!”  There actually IS a kind of bunny called a snow bunnie, IIRC, a white-furred bunnie capable of hiding against the snow.

    Now I find out it’s….  bunnies made out of snow!  Like snowmen, but bunny instead of person.

    Duh!

    Well, I’m a mite literal-minded sometimes…. to the point I’ll start imagining all sorts of complex explanations of something, when the simple explanation… simply slips right by me. :/
