The thing that confuses me about this airship is that you built it entirely in mesh, which has unlimited creative potential, you can make it into any shape you want, and for some reason you chose to make it look exactly as if it were built out of regular prims in 2006. Almost everything about it could be made to look exactly the same with half-cylinders and spheres. I realize it’s probably less prims than it would be if made out of regular prims, but I don’t understand the appeal of duplicating the appearance of regular prims when you could’ve done anything you wanted with it.

I don’t think comments can actually be deleted by anyone except the person who posted them, so I wouldn’t expect it to poof.
At any rate, I was merely curious about the design decision. Why make mesh creations that look exactly like prim creations? It makes them look dated right out of the gate, and ignores the massive potential that having mesh offers us.

Actually Admins and Moderators do have the ability to delete comments at their discretion we just tend not to unless they create a problem.

I assumed moderators could, that’s kind of the whole point of being a moderator. I meant everyone else. I don’t think we can even moderate our own images and blog posts.

Ahem, Moderator Pants On:
Although I do not find Kandace’s comment to be either offensive of incendiary, I do think criticism of most sorts is best kept off the public forum. Mostly because I think the person receiving it receives such things a lot differently when it is posted for all-and-sundry to see, as opposed to if the question/criticism were sent quietly to the person.

Both parties have had messages sent to them.
