I was recently transferred to New Babbage. I never saw any of these blue boxes in Cape Town.
I thought maybe someone was acknowledging that we keep importing timelords.

I for one find the blue public lavatories to be nothing more than a nuisance. They are locked and you never can get in when you need to go.
