October 2nd marks the date that Academy of Industry opened and marks the beginning of “sandbox week” of the new sim. October 10th was when the first original build of Brunel was finished. October 16th is when the hotel as it stands today started to take shape.
The anniversary party takes place on the 15th, which was the date that most of the builds from back then started to appear and was roughly the time when the Cocoajava moved from Pallisade to Academy.
