A new ice/snow boat!

I’m calling it the Babbage Go-Devil.  Jed and I took it for a field test in the North Fells and it performed well.  It needs more work and should be ready to menace pedestrians in a week or two. Vernden was our test pedestrian for this trial and he survived unharmed (he is fast on his feet).
