Technically I think all of SL would be affected by it just because there’s tons of copyrighted material in SL.
From what I understand the bill would be changing the law to allow companies to sue LL since it’s based in America even if the someone streaming that music was living in Scotland. All the legal loopholes LL can do to claim they’re not responsible will be closed up.
Well this is why we’re opposing it! It’s dumb and very very wrong.
Hopefully this can be beaten before the poor bunny ends up in jail…
