Today’s Wiki Wednesday brings us one of Mr. Arconus Arkright’s wonderful short stories: “The Outer Circle, or How I got kicked out of the B.R.T.R.C.C.A.” If you’ve never read any of his sadly-infrequent (by my standards, anyway *grin*) stories, you’re in for a treat. This one, as many of his stories are, is delightfully absurd.
