Captain Killian, though she never seems to age, has had a long and storied career in the Diplomatic Corps of Chrononauts, delivering private communications and important packages all over the multi-verse and its’ various time-streams. Now retired to New Babbage, she meant to write her memoirs, but got sidetracked by the charming city and its sooty citizens.
