Legitimate Business?

While making a routine intelligence survey of Clockhaven (having set up a temporary office there to avoid Miss Menagerie next door to the Millhouse office), I noticed a blond woman exiting a hat shop I’d never noticed, and locking up its front door. After she had cleared the area, I pulled out my camera for a quick photo. I’ll have to ask Dee if she knows anything about the operation.
