Having won some plots at auction I’d like to have built some very particular buildings, for which I wish to engage a good builder. These might become permanent depending on various factors but in any case I’d like to have them for the future, if not now.
I envisage two identical small student residences in Academy next to a larger ‘apprentice’ shop where enthusiastic newer builders might sell their wares. This build is handily right next to Builders’ Square.
I also wish to have a small house for the ease of ladies wishing to prepare their evening’s attire or otherwise powder their noses, discuss the day’s news, etc. It will look on the front of Piermont Landing.
All builds will be subject to the Mayor’s approval, so by all means approach him with your ideas as well as bringing them to me.
