While taking an evening stroll through Wheatstone, I happened upon
the scene pictured here, and investigated briefly. It appears that an
explosion of some sort occurred, but there is no readily apparent
evidence other than visual that is the case. Oddly, it appears that
something the size of say, a barn, pushed through the building on one
side, and out through the other. Also, the smell of dead fish was oppressive at the site, though no dead fish were in evidence.
Curious. I suppose I should inform someone, but am unsure who one informs for such matters.
Might I suggest a stroll to the Mayor’s office?
And maybe keep an eye over your shoulder for something barn-sized that smells like fish o.0
I expect the Militia would be curious to learn what occured here.
We came by the scene just a few minutes ago. It must have been quite a smash! I hope there were no injuries!

The files from the patent office in Wheatstone have been transferred to the archive room at City Hall. You may need to notify Public Works to have the rubble removed and have the foundation checked. It seems to be settling into the canal.
