Wonderful pieces of engineering

Someone needs to commission Jasper Kiergarten to make these. *grin*

Book, thank you for sharing this.  Those pistols are absolutely amazing.  I wonder how long it took the craftsmen to create them.

Sky, you should create one of those pocket arsenals for use at ‘Cuffs.  It could get messy, though.

That is the most wonderful thing I have ever seen! Oh! Oh! *is green with envy over the sort of person who can actually bid on such amazing pieces of clockwork-history*

Sky: That looks like something that should be in the collection at House on the Rock.

Just stunning! Though I am at a loss as to why what is essentially a music box would be made in the form of pistols.

    But other than that, Wow!

Someone sent Sydney Padua (of 2D Goggles fame) the link, and she tweeted this:

A kind reader sent me this, basically the GREATEST THING EVER MADE http://t.co/E0Xdbp9

What happens is, the flamboyant, charming, thoroughly evil villain points this at your temple and pulls the trigger.

Then laughs a little silvery laugh. “Of course I was not going to SHOOT you! What a gauche idea!”

They then feed you to the Faberge sharks.

Faberge sharks with exquisite enameled razor-sharp teeth that pop out through an ingenious clockwork device.

Gads, I love how she thinks. *laugh*

Not only do i want the pistols, but now i want the Faberge sharks too…as long as they don’t nip at the singing birds.
