Vox Wright has recently errected a tower in Weatstone Waterways. On the ground floor is his modest library and sitting room where he will gladdly entertain all guests. His library selection leans towards the occult, but as a well rounded gentlemen he dabbles in most fields of science and philosphy. If anything should go bump in the night (that isn’t a malfunctioning steam machine that is) do not hesitate to seek out Mr. Wright.

Vox looks saddly from the uneaten biscuits to the cold tea. It seems that no guests are coming to Vox Tower. If this attempt to find camradery has failed then another must be sought out.
