I found this place, a gacha machine event via torleys flikr. It’s a custom mesh build of a lovely pier. Well worth a visit for the building, I didn’t take much notice of what they were doing inside, some nice mesh machines but no clue what was in them.
I couldn’t help taking a picture !

Looks to be a collection of Penny Arcade viewers being used as vendors. Whole bunch of different vendors.
