The Journal of Jonathon Spires, September the Sixth

The work of translation is done at last!

I can congratulate myself on two things today. Firstly my store is now open, secondly I have set to print, my translation of the Heterodoxicon*, for which I feel , justifiably I think, proud.

In the matter of the store opening I was assisted by an urchin named Myrtil and Mr Tchailenov the artist.

I hope that the words of the Heterodoxicon are not taken out of context. I have no way of knowing whether they reflected a well regarded theological viewpoint of the time, or not. One can only ponder the lives of those who lived long before our stunning technological successes.
