Dr Dinosaur, now you are going too far!

    Beware the wrath of…

The Dark Unicorn of New-Babbage! Yay!

Hmm… I really need an evil laugh or something like that for these occasions…

Arnold oblivious to this in his hiding spot is somehow worried that before the end of this he’s going to be singing.

Fourclaws, Lisa’s brother, crept along a wall, vaguely noting another M’an-sheet thing had been stuck to it.  Not being able to read, of course, it meant nothing to him, and his attention was quickly diverted by the sounds of a rat scrabbling at something on the other side of the wall.  He leaped up to the top of the wall; one hind leg slipped off, and a claw caught at and tore the M’an-sheet.  He jerked his leg up, looking around to see if the rat had been scared off by the noise…

He sensed there was something different, and looked up just in time to see the cat topple off the wall, spinning as it dropped towards him. He caught it in his arms, expecting it to yowl, struggle, scratch and bolt away, but to his suprise, the heavy tom just streached out, completly relaxed, and purred deeply. He could feel it slipping in his grasp, so he moved his arms tobetter support the oddly behaving cat, but it was like trying to hold water, and it slid to the floor, a limp mass of purring fur.

Tepic crouched down and examined the cat from different angles, curious as to what had happened to it. There seemed to be no physical injuries, and when he moved a finger in front of it’s eyes, it seemed to be able to follow the movement, so it probably hadden’t been hit on the head by a tram… Then he caught the unmistakable whiff, as the cat beltched right in his face, it was catnip! After several tries, and dint of picking the cat up by it’s front legs and walking it towards his destination, Tepic was able to move the stoned feline into the shelter of a wall butress, and by curling it into a ball, was able to trigger the cat’s sleeping reflex (never difficult…). He left the comatose cat to sleep it off, knowing it would have a dreadful headache the next morning, and went to investigate…..

Doctor Dinosaur watched the drones and mecharaptors set up one of the traps as Tux worked at him. “What’s super catnip? I isolated the nepetalactone, wich is the active ingrediant, increased it in the lab samples, spliced the lab samples to boost the effect, including the high, and increasing the range of attraction to felines, and raised a crop of it. It is 100 times the strength of ordinary catnip! The effects should last for a few hours rather than a few minutes”
    Tux warked again.
“the rotating cat head? it made it look more cheerful! and not like a trap at all!”

Emerson, with flyer still in hand, stood outside the little catnip hut staring at the green herb lying so invitingly just inside. He pursed his lips and then glanced over his shoulder. Nobody. Quickly he reached inside and snatched it up, glancing over his shoulder again before stuffing the herb into his satchel. A smile spread across his face as he made his way back to The Gangplank.
