Should We Be Looking For Bodies?…

There seems to be a disturbing trend developing: dumping perfectly good carts into the sea. Honestly, I’m more concerned with how shallow this water is; it may be prudent to deploy one or two of our new buoys over here. But considering the excitement we’ve had already this year, one wonders whether there may be occupants in these carts… *shudder*
