[img_assist|nid=287|title=|desc=|link=popup|align=left|width=127|height=150]The Black Goat had a bit of a kick, but it was just what was needed to celebrate the completion of two simultaneous projects.
Though Mr. Underby still isn’t able to explain with any great satisfaction about the origins of that disturbingly fresh stain on the floor of the pub, he was good enough to give me that drink on the house.
So far I’ve been able to put the odd noises I keep hearing at night out of my head. I simply keep my attention focused on the work at hand.
I have put the finishing touches on a new Zouave suit. It will be interesting to see if the little ones will like this new creation, as they are very used to the rags they can lift from laundry lines in the darker parts of the city. Perhaps the rich fabric, and simple lines of this suit will change people’s perception of these poor urchins. Time will tell. . .
Dunno how many urchins will like that one… I’m sure it’ll get really dirty after a few minutes of wear.
But will still have to look into it (and probably buy them ;P such a sucker for new clothes).
I’m sure the brown Zouave suit I’m making will hide the dirt fairly well.
