The Steamworks ran by Mr Salazar Jack suffered a collapse of one of it’s wings of the building today. Mr Salazar Jack was in the building at the time as well!

Rommie and Stormy was quick on the scene to assist Mr Jack out of the rubble of the collapsed part of the building.
After drinking some rum offered by Jimmy (where DOES he get all that rum from?) Mr Jack then went on to explain that some bolts from a major iron support strut that held up the second floor of the building had gone…missing!

It seems that someone has sabotaged the Kahruvel Steamworks…
Lukilly enough Mr Jack escaped realtivley unscatthed with only general pains and a headache…
I’ve nothing to add to Mr. Mornington’s account other than a couple of additional views of the damage. I wonder at the coincidence of two building collapes within a single week, but for now I’m only glad that no one was seriously injured.
Oh what a shame. Oh cruel world where buildings collapse… wait young Master Jim usually has Rum? That is good to know.
I blame shoddy workmanship. That section of the steamworks has collapsed several times now. Probably needs new foundations. The whole building is probably unstable.
So hard to get good labourers now days.
