New Construction

Following the success of the Wonders of the Stratosphere exhibit during the Air Kraken Festival I have put plans into motion for a larger and more detailed version out in the Vernian Deep. The air is clearer out at sea and there is less danger to the population should some of the more dangerous creatures break free.

Persuading my grandfather to teach me diving was one of my better ideas. It is both highly useful and a pleasure, and I’m reminded of him every time I suit up and slip beneath the waves. Though I admit that gazing down into the gloom of the deeper water and imagining what creatures might be stirring there can make my hair begin to stand on end.  It is peaceful and stimulating in turns.

Back in the sunlight on a beautiful day!  Everything appears to be in order and construction on the upper part of the tower will soon proceed. I’m eager for when I can move the creatures currently on display high over The Gut to their new home.
