Footman’s Logg: space for rent

**Posts stuck up around the city**

For Rent:

Upper floor of the Sparrowwood Factory in Wheatstone.

Apartment features: Dusty floors!

Loud constant banging and clanking of automated assemblers!

Leaky Glass Ceiling!

Little to no Privacy!

Constant Intrusions by Iron Pengi, Rogue Automoton, or Escaped Experiments!

Whole Building controlled by a slightly anto-social large scale cognigation engine!

On Site Medical services by a surgeon from Wylde Hospital (only when I’m not previously busy, patient wavers any and all legal actions)!

To Pay the rising cost of oil, the uppermost floor (former storage) of the automoton factory in Wheatstone needs a tenant.  50$l a week will give you a spacious, rat infested upper floor, in THE premeir location of devloping technology in New Babbage! ((and 20 prims))

Tenant’s assume all responsibility for any death or dismemberment ((I have a habit of leaving damage on, and enjoy target practice on the roof, with heavy ordanance))

utilities are nil, there’s canals in the back (wich the waste exhaust drains to) for bathing, restrooms across the street (I assume), and do not tease the pengi, or the spiders (tough the pengi have mostly been working in our foregin facilities), and for the love of the Builder, do NOT give the large scale cognigation engine on the first floor a logic paradox!

Did we mention it’s in beutiful Wheatstone Waterways? right next to Steamweaver Printing?

excellent view! (of Steamweaver Printing)

Spread the love
