At the beginning of October 2009, roughly 6 months after Clockhaven first opened, Mr Tenk took over another sim from an Sl resident who was selling it off.
That sim became Academy of Industry, and plugged the hole which was north of Port Babbage and east of Palisade. On October 10th through to the 16th of 2009 the building which would eventually, after several dozen rebuilds >.< become the current Brunel Hall Hotel first opened.
