An Anonymous Letter to the Church of the Builder

Fthrs Pizarro & Moonwall,

I hope you will forgive this unsolicited correspondence, however I felt the circumstances called for somewhat drastic measures.

I was in the crowd in front of City Hall last summer when the strange creature known as “the pip” was apprehended by the good members of your clergy, and I must admit I felt the action was a blow for justice.  After what it did to Miss Macbain, it was only right.  How might we feel safe when a thing like that is free to injure hard-working citizens of the city?

I was heartbroken when true justice was robbed from the city when the pip was murdered in the cells of the church.

However, it turns my blood cold to have to report this, but I have seen the pip creature here in the city, only this week!  I witnessed the creature twice, both times in the company of Mrs. Phaedra Underby of Clockhaven, formerly the owner of the Four Kings Bakery, attached to the Gangplank Public House.

I report this in the hope that some form of justice might still be meted out against the foul creature which is an abomination against the Builder and His ways.  I hope this information will be valued and acted upon swiftly.
