Hello All!
Given some recent events, I just wanted to remind everyone that the moderators do, in fact, still exist.
I’d also like to remind everyone that we like to keep things as polite as possible. If you have concerns about a post being inappropriate for the BAR, the correct thing to do would be to drop a note to a moderator (listed for your convenience in the sidebar over there —>).
The incorrect thing to do would be to make snarky remarks on said post, because that annoys the moderators and brings down the entire tone of what is, generally, a very friendly community.
I may not be inworld much these days, but I do recieve, and reply to, offline messages whenever I get them and I do try to keep my offlines from capping, and I’m sure the same applies to my sister mods.
I like that, generally, our forums don’t need to be policed. We very rarely have an incident that requires us to step in, so it’s always alarming when one happens.
So, please, let’s keep it polite.
If you have concerns, voice them to one of us or to the Mayor (who has a special talent of being able to get ahold of a moderator at the click of his fingers).
