A New Babbage Tradition! Ornament/Present Build Competition! Dec 4-19

(Despite the dates listed, you can start anytime.   Not-Ning wasn’t cooperating with me setting it up as a multi-day event) 

After being overcome with remorse over the accidental crushing and burning of Babbage’s tree last year, I have endeavored to step up and provide a new one this year!   I was able to obtain this lovely fir tree from Steelhead  (They have them everywhre, I’m sure they won’t miss this one).   It’s been put up in Mureaux Park.

From now until midnight, Dec 19, the contest to decorate it is on.  Ornaments or presents,  30 prim limit, 1 entry per person (sorry, but my available prims are a bit lower than year).   If the lot fills up, let me know, and I’ll scavenge prims from my store as best as I can.  Place them anywhere on/around the tree you like.

Judging will take place on the 20th.

Prizes:

1st – $5000L

2nd- $3000L

3rd- $2000L

Everyone who makes an effort at an entry will get 1 free item from my store of their choice (affiliate items not included).

Last year we had a lot of generous donations to the prize pool, of cash and goods.   Feel free to continue that tradition, as well.
